Cookie Policy

Short version: we don't use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site trackers — on this website or in the Clubstance app. That's why you don't see a cookie consent banner here: there is nothing that requires consent. This page explains the little we do store in your browser.

1. What we store and why

• Theme preference (local storage) — remembers your light/dark mode choice. Stays on your device; never sent to us.
• Session tokens (local storage, app only) — keep you signed in to app.clubstance.com. Strictly necessary for the service.
• Error monitoring (Sentry) — when an error occurs, technical details (browser, page, stack trace) are sent to Sentry so we can fix it. In the app, a sample of sessions is recorded with all typed text masked — see our Privacy Policy.
• Payment pages (Razorpay) — when you pay, Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. These are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

2. What we deliberately don't use

• No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising/remarketing tags.
• No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
• No selling or sharing of browsing data.

3. Managing storage

You can clear local storage and cookies from your browser settings at any time. Clearing the app's storage will sign you out; clearing the theme preference resets it to default.

4. If this changes

If we ever add tools that require consent (for example, analytics or advertising cookies), we will update this policy and introduce a consent banner before they are activated, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023 and — for any EU/EEA visitors — the ePrivacy rules.
