GST invoices are always unlimited on every plan. WhatsApp messages have a monthly allowance per plan; if you need more, top-ups are available. No per-transaction cut on your payments.
Yes, on the higher plans. Each branch has its own members, attendance and staff, and everything rolls up to a single owner dashboard.
You pick a plan to continue. Your data is never deleted — even if you don't subscribe right away, it's held safely so you can pick up where you left off.
Staff can record payments. Only owners and managers can process refunds, and every refund is written to an audit log — so you always know who did what.
Members get an installable web portal (PWA) to view their plan, download invoices, log workouts and pull up their QR code for check-in — no App Store needed.
